Date: Tuesday, 13 July 2010
Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Location: Four Marlow Road, Maidenhead
The class starts at 6.15pm and is an intense circuit session to help you look after your heart. In true Trojan style you will enjoy the benefits of the pulse raising, heart pumping session plus burn a fair few calories. I don't want to hear any of you say "I am not fit enough" - circuits are great as everyone can work at their own pace. Remember you don't have to be an athlete to look after your heart and this class is designed to help you take part in regular exercise.
All the money raised is going to the British Heart Foundation as part of Karen Fewell's My Kili Climb campaign. You can find out more at http://www.justgiving.co.uk/my-kili-climb or www.facebook.com/mykiliclimb
The class is kindly being run by x Military Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Chris Lee of Trojan Training and he promises to get the best out of you. You can read all about Chris and Trojan at www.trojantraining.co.uk
It's £10 to join in and every penny goes to the British Heart Foundation. Heart disease is the UK's biggest killer and the most common cause of premature death in the UK. Every six minutes someone dies of a heart attack in the UK. This is why the work of the British Heart Foundation is so important!
Please come along and support the cause! To book your place, please email karenfewell@btinternet.com
